The Teaching and Learning Committee finances schemes that focus on the Education priorities outlined in the Operational Priorities Plan and the Teaching and Learning Management Plan.
Background
From 1999-2007, the fund supported schemes at faculty and central administration level with a focus on enhancing the student learning experience.
The Improving student satisfaction (ISS) scheme in 2007 addressed issues raised in the course experience questionnaire.
Funding 2008-2010
From 2008, the fund has been used to support broad strategic activities to improve the quality of the student learning experience as detailed in the University's Operational Priorities Plan.
These funds are allocated with the delegated authority of the Teaching and Learning Committee by the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Teaching and Learning).
