Learning and Teaching Performance Fund Grants (LTPF)
 About the Learning and Teaching Performance Fund
The Fund was announced on 13 May 2003 as part of the Australian Government’s Our Universities: Backing Australia’s Future package of reforms and initiatives. The Fund aims to reward universities that best demonstrate excellence in undergraduate learning and teaching. The Department for Education, Science and Training (DEST) provides further information on the LTPF on the Department's website. UWA's feedback to DEST during the Our Universities:Backing Australia's Future debate, and more recently the future directions of the LTPF can be accessed here. Learning and Teaching Performance Fund Grants to UWAUWA has received grants from the LTPF in both funding years to date, in recognition of the University's excellence in teaching and learning $2.58m was received in 2006 and $4.226m in 2007.
